We are running our Helpdesk support team through email at the moment while we all work remotely. VS.Helpdesk@odh.ohio.gov is being monitored Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and that would be where our prospective new EDRS users would contact us to start the process.

On December 6, 2018 Mercy Fairfield Hospital unveiled their long-awaited Donor Wall, complete with museum-grade shadowboxes containing historical and medical artifacts donated by the BCMS.  The longstanding relationship with Mercy Health began with Mercy Hamilton Hospital in 1892.  It was only fitting that these items find a home here, where they can enhance and highlight the field of medicine’s history while promoting public interest and education in Butler County.
